KaryCorrect verifies the syntax of a karyotype according to ISCN1995. The program is a beta-version that may not be completely free of errors and it may not cover all aspects of ISCN1995, eg. simple numerical values (46,XX,+21) will not be validated. Please use as is.
If you have any comments, please refer them to Niels Tommerup to improve future versions.
Requirements: You need a browser with java enabled.
Usage: Type in your karyotype and press "OK". If your karyotype is ok, the program will not write anything in the error box.
